I want to change sample rate by using command line in w7

i have certain games that only work on certain sample rates without audio crackling , i would appreciate it alot if you guys would help me out with a batch file that sets the sample rate for example to 41khz 24bit and then on game exit resets to 96khz 24bit, would be appreciated alot , really need this , thanks
