Hi Mskh, Welcome to SF,
Here is a Knowledge Base from Creative Creative Worldwide Support
For Creative SE you could remove the existing drivers and use Daniel's drivers which most of them uses. You could find it in our Sticky Thread Creative Sound Cards.
hope this helps,
Captain

download the correct driver to your desktop and run it I don't know why it's looking at G: unless you are installing from a flash drive or something
i don't think that i install from flash,i just bought this sound blaster bout 5 days later...and i install it from the DVD driver..and i don't get it,what the correct driver to my desktop?
use the auto update button on this page to install your driver

check these settings for sound issues
Go to control panel
2. Double-Click on the Sound Icon
3. Single-click the Speakers to highlight them
4. Click on Properties (bottom right corner)
5. Go to the Enhancements Tab and Click on it
6. Now click "Disable All Sound Effects"
