    Hi,

Sorry by advance for my poor english !

Seems that I took my showel to dig and find this thread but I have the sames issues froggits had.
I have Asus Motherboard P8Z77-M with Audigy SE OEM and never got sound with it. Only with MB chip, deactivated since, to test the creative only.

I try everything : driver from Creative SB24_PCDRV_LB_1_04_0090 or P17x, I let windows update find drivers too but it's always the same : SB Audigy appears good in the Device Mangaer but no reaction with mp3 playing or whatever. WMP just doesn't want to start the play and keep blockad at 0:00... No reaction in the playback device set by default. No green dot up or down

I tried to properly clean the SB drivers but I just had to delete the registry entries, other files were already deleted by the uninstall driver from the device manager.

I tried to unplug re-plug the card on the mother board, no more success.

I wonder if issues come from hardware or software...

Perhaps I missed something but it's very frustrating to have device working properly but... in fact not .

Like Leeloo said : please help !

    thanks by advance
