    No sound through the HDMI cable


    I have a TV with HDMI and when possessed Vista both the sound and image were transmitted by cable, put the 7 and only the image is transmitted on television, the sound driver is installed and supports HDMI transmission is the same as used in Vista. How can you fix the problem?

    I did not know where to post, sorry if posted in the wrong place

    Problem solved, for sony vaio users using Vista drivers because sony says that your nootebok not support the 7, u only need to is uninstall the driver and restart the computer using the default driver on Windows 7

Hi I have connect my laptop using an HDMI cable to my TV. And from my tv I have connected my two HiFi speakers. When the TV is on an AV channel I have sound coming from the TV and HiFi speakers but when I switch it to the HDMI source channel, sound only comes from the TV and not HiFi speakers....
