driver sound for (win 7)

I have a problem with my sound card on my HP Pavilion dv5242ea Notebook PC i was have a (win xp) on it and now i have change it to (win 7) and the problem is the mic not working good every time i try to talk to some one or record some thing i must make my voice so loud.. any one have a driver for (win 7) please. thanxx
