Download and install 7zip , then go to where you downloaded and saved the cmedia drivers, right click PCI-8738-090520-8.17.37(W7-RC-01), 7zip, extract to PCI-8738-090520-8.17.37(W7-RC-01).
Then go to start - type device manager - enter.
Either expand Sound, Video and game controllers, or unknown devices to find your cmedia device. Right click it, update driver, browse to where you extracted the downloaded driver file.

Then start a windows update and check for optional updates, you should install anything other than lanhuage packs, unless required.
Once you have done that, reboot and check device manager for any unknown devices. If you find any, let us know
