    Acer speaker b-b-b-b-b noise

From when I first turn on my machine, I hear:
b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b from my speakers, along with other feedback. This happened awhile ago, when I first bought my computer. Muting from within Windows doesn't work, and sometimes, the sound from windows stops, to I turn the dial to >OFF, and back to >ON.

At first it was a faint noise when I moved the mouse. AND, this doesn't happen with headphones, or when the speakers are plugged into something besides the computer (like my iPod).

It is really getting on my nerves, please help :/

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply.

In this regard, I suspect that the grounding connection for the plug to which you have connected your PC is improper.

► If your power Cord is 2 Pin, then connect it to a 2 pin Plug.
► If your power Cord is 3 pin, then connect it to a 3 pin plug.

This could be the reason for such noises at times. For the above reasons, some of the capacitors on the main board might have gone bad. So, you try to sort out the same.
