What are you using to play these songs? Also, where are these songs from?
This will help determine if the songs are able to be played.

Let us know,

You need to know that all music is not designed to be heard through all the speakers.
(aka channels) A lot of DVDs are designed to take advantage of 5.1 surround sounds.
But in contrast, most music arent designed to take advantage of 5.1. Maybe just stereo? (Two Channels) So the most important element to know is the source you are trying to play? 1) Is the source I am trying to play designed to be in 5.1. 2) Does the device I am trying to play have the ability to read the codec?(aka 5.1 surround) and 3) do I have the device set properly for it to work? I hope that helped?
