No Sound

Hello everyone!

My computer is old and my uncle recently reprogrammed everything and installed Windows 7. Before it was fixed everything worked fine but now there is no audio. There is a speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the screen that says "No Audio Output Device is Installed". I don't know much about computers so any help I can get is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!

Looks like there were no audio drivers installed. Have you installed the drivers for your motherboard from the manufacturers website? Do you know what type of motherboard you have?

This little gem right here will help you with that. It's called CPU-z. Install it, then run it and it will tell you which motherboard you have. You can paste a screenshot or the information here for more assistance
