    Bummer. Then I would go into the control panel, and check out your sound settings. It could be something simple.

    is there a way that i can just reset to factory defaults without reseting my whole system?

    Should be....hold on, and let me take a look around.

    Yep....go into control panel...."hardware and sound"...."Audio Control Panel (32 Bit)"....."Restore Defaults" tab....then click on the restore defaults radio button. Reboot.

    HA i did it, i just reinstalled the driver, and that seems to have fixed it (knock on wood) if i have any other problems ill try that.
