    Leave the multimedia class scheduler service running, but disable its network throttling feature:

    * Open regedit
    * Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
    * There will be an entry for network performance throttling, default value is 10; set it to FFFFFFFF hex (willl look like 0xFFFFFFFF to the right of the entry)
    * Reboot

    Would these effect me in anyway int he long run?

    Sometimes playing with fonts and colors makes the text unreadable. When it happens, I don't bother to read the rest of the post.

    i copied it from another forum. All you had to do was take your mouse and highlight over it.

    That is precisely what I am not doing. If I can not read it as it is, I'm not interested. If you copy and paste and don't want to edit it to be readable, it's your decision. My decision is not to read.

    Of course I know I have now used more energy to discuss this than I would have needed to highlight and read it. Still, it does not change the way I see it: if you don't want to make an effort to make your question readable, I'll skip.

    It is now readable if you would of went to the top and checked it. As if its to much energy to make one extra click and drag your mouse. I also didn't know the color would copy over from my copy and paste.

    It basically disables Windows network throttling. You might notice a bit steadier gfx in some games. It does not harm your computer.
