low profile soundcard with coax/spdif digital out

I have a small formfactor desktop pc, which takes half height pci/e cards, however the onboard soundcard does not have a digital out! I plan on using this PC for a media centre, but I cannot find a low profile soundcard with digital out? Do I have other options?

thanks

Connecting From Coax to HDMI
