Assigning speakers

How can I assign my Headphones (front jack) to play from a certain program, and the main speakers another.

What I'm trying to do is assign my Head phones to play everything from Xfire, and to play my game sounds from my speakers. This is possible right?

Thanks in advanced - MUZZIES
