    Sound Driver Help !

I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 Professional. I just noticed that my sounds were broken. I've been trying to fix this, but still no solution.

I use an Intel Motherboard and SoundMAX for my Sound drive. I noticed that my SoundMAX was just version 5.+, so I checked Intel's site and downloaded the version 6.+ but I get an error while installing.

Here is the download page for your motherboards' drivers .. it shows your audio codec as AC97 and Windows XP is the latest supported OS... If you decide to install this, you must install it in Compatibilty mode... Hope this helps..
