Sound crash

hi,guys
I use windows 7 and i'm getting a problem every time play any game my sound crashes at random and only get back when I restart the OS,i don't know whats happening,i already tried to reinstall the drivers the Directx none seens to work,and also sometimes when I boot the OS i get a gray screen I can hear windows sounds but the screen keep gray until i restart several times then it starts normal,can someone help-me? thanks

Any chance we could get you complete system specs so we know what hardware you have?
