Virus haven!

Well I guess you could say my computer is a virus galore, I can never really get rid of them not right now. Just recently my computer has been acting up again, I tried to install windows updates as it said I needed 15 very important ones, so I did that and then my computer reset and then it instantly went to windows repair and basically went in a loop for a half an hour before I gave up, then I decided to just start windows normally, and that worked, so now I am back on my computer, but I know there is a virus causing this some where, I have tried Jacee's idea about the flush.bat and I am scanning now, I am using Avast and Malwarebyes.

Does any one have any tips on getting rid of this it is really bugging me, and I have no idea what type of virus, I think it may be a back door trojan, because that is what Malwarebytes and Avast detects I swear I have deleted about 20-50 of them in the past 2 days.

20 to 50 of them? If that is indeed the number of individual viruses, and not a count of files and registry keys, I would back up all important data online (if you connect an external drive, that can become infected) and do a clean install. It definitely sounds like you have an underlying problem.

Since this happened when installing 15 updates at once, it might just be a matter of needing to do 2 or 3 updates at a time, as doing many at once can cause a problem.

Petey may be right. Some times you just have reformat the disk and start over.

Well, it depends on what you consider to be important. Personally, I just use my Gmail account. I create emails and attach 5 files to each email and save it as a draft. Of course, if you are trying to back up videos and other large files, Gmail's 7.5GB limit might not be enough. If you must back up large files to an external drive or face losing them forever, I would make an Ubuntu Live CD and copy the files to the external drive from within Ubuntu. You might want to scan the files themselves before hand.

Windows Live offers 25 GB of online storage for free. Each file may only be 50 MB or smaller.

My roommate gave me his external so I am just backing up my stuff now and then I am going to reinstall, thanks every one!

Can you remember what Avast and MBam found? It's possible that you could have had a Rootkit, that neither one could get rid of.

Have you used a flash drive? It could have been infected, which would re-infect you every time you used it.

I have done a fresh reinstall of my operating system and had finally finished it today, My computer was slowing down before I did the reinstall so I had to do it quick Mbam was finding absolutely nothing and I know my computer was being affected because control alt delete was no longer working, So I only backed up my pictures and music and some other things that would take really long to get back.

But now I have another problem and here are the pictures to show it,

I am the only administrator on my computer and the only one who uses it, there are no other accounts and this is the first time it has done this to me and I have reinstalled plenty of times before hand.
