    Kaspersky Anti-Virus cripples Servers


    Since yesterday, Kaspersky anti-virus software is apparently causing serious problems in some corporate environments. There have been complaints in forums (German language link) from administrators of servers running with Kaspersky Anti-Virus about high system load – high enough in some cases to stop the whole system. The reports concern Windows server with Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition, whether other versions are affected is unclear.

Since TrendMicro turned out not to play well in 64 bit (at least on MY new system) I'm looking for a more capable replacement than MSE. Kaspersky is rated pretty highly. what's SevenForums opinion on Kaspersky?
Freezes, then when I restart it tells me my datases are corrupted and blacklisted. I've in queue in their Live Chat for about an hour, 14 minutes to go. Anyone got any ideas?
Anybody tried this??? Is unstable and launches "Previous application launch failed" errors frequently, yet the program still runs. I don't want any security software that is either free, cause I don't trust such software, or trial-ware. Which paid for AVs work on 7? I got licenses for...
