What's the path of the dll running under your username? Right click that process and click open file location and note the path.

Dllhost run COM+ DLL and they could use internet. Several Dllhost.exe at the same time is ok but some viruses may use it, i.e. W32/Lovelet-Y, W32/Nachi-A, W32/Rungbu-B, Troj/Sivion-A, W32/Lovelet-DR. So, make sure that your dllhost.exe is running from C:\Windows\System32\dllhost.exe
