Virus winlog.exe

so i have a virus on my computer and i am trying to get rid of it, and I have been using command prompt to do so because it is located in:

Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
so i f i run the program using winlog.exe or just winlog
a Trend Micro Office Scan Box will pop up saying that this is a virus
when i use the dir command it does not show up
if i type del winlog or del winlog.exe I get the message Could Not Find

I am worried that this is a harmful virus and i would like to remove it before i turn off my computer
any suggestions would be helpful,

OK. Which software did you use to discover the virus?

Thanks I am pretty sure that took care of it
