    Problem with administrator restrictions

Hi i'm running an activated Windows 7 32bit ultimate edition.

In the last few weeks it got stuck so that i can't change settings at all and i can't access the control panel due to system restrictions.
It always tells me that the administrator restricted my user so i need to contact him.

The problem is i am the administrator and this is the only user i set on this system.

what can i do to release my user and fix this ??

    Thanx
    Shay

Hello Shay, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might check to see if enabling the Control Panel using either option in the tutorial below may help.

    Hope this helps,

Problem is, all the options in the tutorial (regedit, merging the reg velue etc) are also restricted.

Ok. Use Option One in the tutorial below to enable regedit again, then try merging the REG file above again.

If you are an administrator and didn't set these restrictions, then I would recommend for you to scan you system for malware or a virus with Malwarebytes and ESET Online Scanner to help be safe. It sounds like you may have been infected.
