Official MS Security Essentials Limited Countries!

It looks like the MS download is only available to USA, Israel, China and Brazil!
What is that all about????

I'm in Canada and it let me download it. No mention of Canada on that page. Guess they just lumped us in with the U.S.

Did you guys get it direct from Microsoft Connect or through Microsoft Security Essentials Markets
The weird thing is that if you go through Microsoft Connect, you get the screenshot below.
There it has the UK on the list but it's not there in the main link (see post #1)
