    Therein lies the biggest problem. Since we are in a corporate environment, we also have software like Microsoft Dynamics which requires the use of Internet Explorer. It's hard to get an average user to switch back and forth within browsers depending upon what they are doing.

    But don't tons of people open up a search engine, search for something and then click through some of the result links? I mean if you have to only use known websites, why would you search. Rather you could simply navigate right to the known site.
