Usually that's not a virus per se. But when you click on the link provided you most likely end up with some site (or even some bogus flash clip) that will cause you trouble/harm one way or another (that can reach from stealing your password and spamming all your contacts to have the payload of a trojan or keylogger loaded and use your computer as a zombie)
The best you can do now would be, block that guy and report him to fb (even tho they known for not giving a rodent's behind about it.)

Interesting, Well, Norton is checking out things for me. So I have heard of computers being zombies, If I left it... my computer is being a zombie.. and can't help itself.. Right

    Ok

Well young fella not my favourite suite but at least substantial as opposed to the freebies.

Try a Malwarebytes free version - takes a couple of minutes or so to download update, and then scan BUT in the settings make sure you remove scan filesystems objects as per pic or it will probably conflict with your Norton.

Go to scan tick all your drives attachments ? printers etc and it only takes a couple of minutes - I keep it as a back up / addition to my ISS.

Remember no suite picks up everything.

Oh and if you are tempted to buy the full version it will almost certainly conflict with your Norton (or anything else).

I didn't want to scare you with that zombie...it's a worst case scenario where you are tricked into clicking a link that ultimately results in malware being downloaded and run on your computer.
A zombie usually announces its presence to some bot net and you might find yourself sending out ***loads of spam mail to all your email contacts or worse.
Personally I'm not a big fan of Norton ever since it was taken over by Symantec but just to be safe, get Malwarebyte's free version like ICit2lol suggested and run a check...it's a good program.
As for your sending out every 2 minutes...I don't know. check your personal settings, log out, reboot and see if it still does that.
