@Golden:I do not have admin privileges which is needed to restore.Ironic through, i named it admin.....hehehe
@Windows Sniper:Admin Privileges again.I guess it just doesn't work on this.Too good to be true for my pc.The F8 one i know but it will still show the same welcome screen and since i disabled the original admin sometime before this "incident" and i "accidentally" hid(and locked myself out)of the account,no way it can work.
@dutchdarky:There is no run as.only run as administrator which obviously needs administrator privileges.
@fafhrd : don't even remind me about that fail disk.I am a bit of a hacker so i thought I'd try it on my old xp pc sometime a few months ago.it broke my pc.kept restarting again...and again...and again.(was able to fix it(last configuration that worked method) anyway irrelevant)and anyway that comment and my comment is completely irrevelant to the topic.seems you misunderstood.I know the password,no way to ACCESS it.
@Orbital Shark:The link to the download or something doesn't work,if you type it in cmd manually access denied and if this program magically gives you admin powers to replace cmd and magnifier then why can't you just simply write net user administrator /active:yes and isn't that it?why waste your time if not to exaggerate replacing cmd with some other program and making a jigsaw puzzle?I'm confused...(really,not sarcastic)
I guess you are not into reading instructions like: Offline NT pw & reg-editor, walkthrough

    - - - - User Edit Menu:
1 - Clear (blank) user password
2 - Edit (set new) user password (careful with this on XP or Vista)
3 - Promote user (make user an administrator)
(4 - Unlock and enable user account) [seems unlocked already]
q - Quit editing user, back to user select
    Select: [q] > 1
    Password cleared!
Just thought that it may have helped you. :)

sorry, i forgot to say you need to hold shift

    1. make regedit shortcut
    2. hold shift and right click the shortcut
    3. now there is a function "run as"
    4. log in as admin
    5. delete the key

    again sorry
