    windows defender help.

Hi guys, I remembered in Vista, there was an option to keep Windows Defender icon at the system tray. Is there any way to have the windows defender icon at the system tray? even if i have real time protection enabled, it wont show any icon.

    Any comments?:)

    Regards,
    Dinesh.

Dude as much as i know You have installed WSE(morro).
Which turns off windows defender during its installation process.
You can go to the programs files and then to the windows defender folder and click the windows defender exe. A msg box will pop up windows defender has been turned off do you want to turn it on.Do as it says and you will get back windows defender service.
