cant turn windows security center service on

im using a dell pc with windows 7 64 bit.

im having problems turnig windows security center on/ printing / some usb devices dont safety remove.

last thing i remember doing was deleting folders from username/appdata/local.

i did some troubleshooting like going to services.msc and trying to start the service but i got an error message. windows could not start the SBSD security center services service on local computer

error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

when i got to device and printers my pc/printer/usb icons get s triangle yellow icon below them.

i already ran my antivirus/spybot SD. so far nothing no virus or trojans

Hi Guatemala and welcome to the Forum. Any chance of using a System Restore
point to a time before you deleted those folders?

Was Windows Security Center working before you did this?
