How do I configure security center?

I just did a health check on my PC. The report came back with a flag warning that my Anti-Virus program is not being detected. Then it says if one is installed to configure the security center so it doesn't monitor for it?????

I'm running Microsoft Security Essentials, you'd think it could pick that up. I couldn't find the "security Center", much less configure it.

    Thanks for the link.
Mine never has recognized Avast. I just ignored it.

    Requested the fix.

I followed the link, requested the fix. It says that it should have been in the service pack??? I just installed SP1, right before I ran the health check.
Should I install the hotfix, or are they talking about the next service pack??

If the error still persists, it's most likely not installed. You should request a hotfix. :)

Both functions. It gives you a short cut to the moderators.

I'm running Win7 64bit and I used the hotfix and it now recognizes my AV which is Avast.

    Good luck.
