Disable UAC for specific apps? (regedit.exe)

Whenever I start regedit, I get the UAC popup.

Rather than disabling UAC entirely on my system (Win7 Pro 64-bit), can I also disable UAC for specific apps, in my case regedit.exe?

Have a look at the following tutorial, it should be able to solve your issue

Elevated Program Shortcut without UAC Prompt - Create

Note   Note
It only works with shortcuts so you would have to create 1 on the desktop but you'll no longer recieve the UAC prompt.

Ah, the tutorial suggests creating a task (with admin rights) for the program, and then create a shortcut to launch the task. Smart :)
