I had to join just to ask you WHY this rule exists?? I was specifically looking for this very topic but with updated versions and this pointless rule has too come along and it frustrates me to no end! The need for these answers/issues/reviews do not expire unless the said products are no longer on the market, so why put limitations on them? I know i cant be the only one who feels this way, so please leave this up and kindly fill me in. Please? Thank you! PS- sure wish i had this easy answer---- i guess Ill continue on my lengthy search!

It isn't a rule....only a suggestion. If you fee your post is still relevant, then by all means do reply.
