CAD license installation problem

We get the license for our CAD software through the internet. I had a way of getting the license with the restricted users in XP. I only change the security settings of a file giving the restricted users full control.

In windows 7, restricted users can no get the license from the internet even if I already changed the security settings of the files affected in the download and installation of the CAD license. Only administrators can do so.

Is there any way possible to get around the security of Windows 7?

uhm... why don't you just get an administrator to help?

There are no administrators at night. It is also a very simple task that it doesn't require an administrator for it.

We can't also trust the assigned person to install the licenses with an administrative settings.

Seems like an administrator will have to do some overtime. If its a legitimate reason then it shouldn't be an issue.
