Windows security centre service turned off !

Whenever I try to make it on it is turning off automatically ! May be its due to some kinda virus ! Also my windows defender is turned off ! I tried to turn on Windows security center by going into services--> security center --> Automatic (delayed) start . Still no use . I have also downloaded the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and scanned ! It did not find any !

Please help to get me out of these problems . Also please do tell about the other problems yet to come because of that Virus !

Until it's determined if/what the virus is, it's hard to say what's yet to come. Doing a full system scan for malware/viruses is the first thing you should do anytime your security software doesn't start.

Try running Malwarebytes in Safe mode while disconnected from the net.

You can d/l and run MS Malicious software removal tool:

Download details: Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830) x64

You can install MS Security Essentials which combines defender functions with an AV.

Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

If it is a deeply embedded virus you may want to consider using Norton Power Eraser, it also now has a rootkit scanner:

Because Norton Power Eraser uses aggressive methods to detect threats, there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should use this tool very carefully.

That's good to hear. You should then be able to just download and scan with malwarebytes without issue. We here swear by it and I use it on client machines to clean viruses/malware

If the system is malware free, run a sfc scan to fix corrupted system files.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
