These test only show resuts performed on specific malware samples. It does not reflect the real life performance of products. A 0.3% difference does not mean that Eset is better than Norton or vise versa

You read my post wrong..Norton has HIGHER percentage than ESET..not the other way around. I personally do not recommend Norton but, I know it is a good software.
you may want to read the entire comparitive.... nav missed more than MSE did
about 5.3%................ too large of an amount for many, acceptable for others.
avast actually showed the greatest percantage overall.
did you really think nav beat out all the rest by such a crazy large amount? if you did this isn't a put down but you really must re-read the entire comparitve and understand it as a whole.
i am not a nav hater quite the contrary i would be using the av app if MSE wasn't free.

the entire comparative must be taken into account which shows many close in percentages of what it stops but a bigger spread as in chart above for what they miss.
