Norton had some problems a few years ago and people didn't feel comfortable using it. Many people now say those problems have been addressed and Norton is excellent. You could always try Norton and see how you like it. If it's not for you, you could go back to MSE or try some other security product. I'd caution about running two products at the same time, however. If both are running real time scans at the same time they could conflict with each other. This could result in system slow downs or even crashes.

YOU SHOULD NOT RUN 2 MALWARE APPS AT THE SAME TIME.

If you want to run Norton (and I wouldnt) you should remove both of the others.

I think Norton is best in terms of protection i accept that it requires system memory more than other :) but if you'r PC is good enough (at least 1GB ram) i recommend Norton....
    Personal experience...:)

NIS2011 is the ultimate. I would not tolerate any other AV program on my production systems. I used MSE on some minor systems and caught some nasties.

Before you install NIS, make sure you uninstall the others properly with the corresponding uninstallers. AV Uninstallers

I think NIS2011 is great if you do online banking or download regularly as it has some good features - Please bear in mind that Norton is quite a resourceful Antivirus and Even my system performance was impacted when I installed it

If you just want an Antivirus in the background and you do not do online banking then MSE is a great AV

       Warning
MSE Provides BASIC Protection only! Norton has more advanced Protection

Hmm, I never noticed any of that. CPUs are: 2.5GHz AMD duo core, Q6600, and i7. All have SSDs.

I like Norton NIS2011 and am prepared to pay for it.
But look out this topic is more sensitive than religion and politics. Both are correctly banned from discussion.
