    can't delete file

Hi all, I've got a strange situation that I cannot delete a file.

Background: file was created by Unrarring in Newsbin.
It was created with strange ownership settings which prevent me from deleting the file.

    What I've tried so far:

Deleting with elevated rights - not allowed
Deleting with dos prompt w/ elevated rights - not allowed
Take over admin rights in file properties - not allowed + it cannot show me what the current owner is

Avast and Malwarebytes see no problem on my system or this file.
I'd try ubuntu but this disk has bitlocker on... and I hesitate to take that off which I'll need to do to gain access by using Linux.

    Any ideas?

    in a normal dir on a (non-system) fixed disk (i.e. D:\xxx\xxx)
It is now the only file in its subdir...

I've also tried Shawn tut on taking over Ownership, to no avail

Btw, that whole D: is bitlocked....

Are you prompted to unlock the directory or file with the TPM pin or usb stick?

no, it just says I need admin rights, which I have on... And strangely, in the security proerties, it says it cannot show who/what the owner is...

That's what it says in Dutch .. I see I need to do something about my circle drawing skills

Are you able to add to that ACL? If so, please add "System" to the ACL with full control.
Let me know if that works.

You'll have to unlock the drive in order to gain control over that file or directory. You can always turn it back on right after you delete the file/directory.
