cant the owner remote my pc ( not in sandbox) ?so what is the point of the trojan ?

Really depends on the type of trojan, how they take control of your computer, etc.

Once you figure out if it is bad or good in the sandbox, you should be in good hands.

I don't use Norton. But as I was reading on Norton Forums the haven't included it.
