*How long have you had this problem for?

    * Please list the ALL the Security software you have on your computer....
    Firewall,
Any other AntiVirus program that may have come preinstalled when your computer was purchased,
    Spyware,AntiMalware programs.

    * Have you checked in Event Viewer?
    Type eventvwr in search.
Go to the windows log > application > in the left hand column note anything RED that relates to the problem.
Please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

    * Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Action Centre > Virus Protection etc. > Are they { the relevant ones} all reported as ON?

Download Security Check by screen317 from here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe or here http://screen317.changelog.fr/SecurityCheck.exe
    Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt.
Please post the contents of that document.
