What do you "experts" recommend then ??

Are you talking about AVG FREE, or any of the AVG range of products ??

I've used AVG FREE for a number of years now on multiple XP, Vista and 7 installations and never had any problems.

My key for Avast is bogus. I just got a popup advising that I have amnesty until July 31.

I bought this copy from a friend at his PC shop. Former friend. Acquaintence. Stranger. I never saw the guy before in my life.

I am satisified with Avast, but I might give eset a go. I feel like I should pay Avast - I have been using it for about a year.

I do want my money back from that guy.

lol why use avg when you now have MSE. avg has had no end of problems.

Whats interesting for all the nod32 lovers is the software is ranked 29th on that list whereas MSE is now 2nd.

I have never had this problem. It could be because I use AVG Free.
