Every time my windows 7 comes up, Windows Firewall is turned off

i dont know what have i done
but every time my windows7 comes up
the firewall is off and i should turn it on manually
how can i make it to be turned on by its self?

Run services.msc and check if your Windows firewall service is started and set to automatic.
