Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 - Help & How-to - Microsoft WindowsTo upgrade your PC from Windows XP to Windows 7, you'll need to select the Custom option during Windows 7 installation. Your CPU temps are good. Though your GPU temps may seem high most of today's GPU's typically run in the 80's-90's during gaming sessions. My ATI 6950 runs about the same temps your card when under heavy gaming usage.
Also there are a variety of factors that can affect temps such as case space, design, room temps, cooling, airflow, GPU/CPU usage, etc.....
