    System Files error

Hi there, i was hoping someone could provide me with some assistance. i have AVG as my internet security and at the moment i am preforming a whole computer scan. it has come up with some unusual results
    it has detected that:
    C:\Users\Antonio\Appdata\Local\Temp\System\wmiapsvrd.exe and
    C:\Users\Antonio\Appdata\Local\Temp\System\wmiapsvrd.exe (4712)
are threats to my computer. it is describing them as a Trojan Horse Generic25.BNLP

i mean, they cant possibly be threats as they are system files.
is there anyone that has a solution for me? thanks in advance.

Think very hard about what you just said here.

First of all, real system files would never live in your temp folder. Second, many malware files will masquerade as system files by simply adopting similar filenames. It should be pretty obvious
(You wouldn't really expect them to show up in plain sight with a name like "Malicious Trojan.exe"...)

You do have an infection here. Let AVG remove it.

You might want to try Malwarebytes as well: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Whatever you use you need to follow Corazon's advice and remove the infected files.
