There are 3 ways I would attempt to deal with this:

    1. Use Microsoft's System Sweeper either 32bit or 64bit or another boot virus CD like BitDefender or Kaspersky.
    2. Move the hard drive to an exterrnal enclosure and connect it via usb to another computer but be careful not to infect. You can use the host computer's anti virus scanner and run chkdsk.
    3. Use a 3rd party software like Spotmau to copy your files to a flash drive and format the drive.

Welcome to windows 7 forums Oldgregm!

I'd ask that you please list any infections that are detected after the first step roban mentioned above (making the Sweeper disc and booting the computer using the disc). As well as the results of any actions taken (i.e. removed sucessfully, etc)

    Thank you,
    Mike

Have you tried to boot into safe mode?

Start your computer in safe mode

If you can boot into safe mode (Safe Mode with Networking), download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, install and update it and perform a full scan. You can also use Hitman Pro or SUPERAntiSpyware to complement Malwarebytes.

If not, find an Internet cafe that allows you to burn or use a friend's PC.
Read this article regarding rescue CDs.
