    Virus/Dos condition or performance issue?

Hi, This will be a short question.

I recently reinstalled windows 7 for some errors. So after installing everything, windows went on smoothly(that is, performance wise)
Now that i am installing every bit of software i need. Im getting DoS like conditions on the computer, when i start up iexplore and open up some tabs, and then try to close them, the IE freezes and when i taskkill the iexplorers im killing 4 processes total(when i have only open one process). The computer as i said acts like it is DoSed.
Btw im installing 1 major program in the background, but the same installation have never acted like that before(when installing). It is really annoying and concerning.

I would like to add that the software is certified and approved and this is a clean install of win7.

Anything to clarify this would be great.

Any chance we could get your system specs and network setup?

My crystal ball is in being repaired..
