printer spontaneously prints sys inf modules txt file when turned on

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in, but I think it is at least a symptom of a virus or trojan.

Every time I turn on my printer, it starts printing out a file titled: "sys inf modules.txt" - which I have never even looked at, let alone tried to print out. This only started happening this evening. When I go to start>devices and printers> and select my printer, then go to "see what's printing" there are no documents even waiting to print. I did notice something that is possibly new - at the top of the "see what's printing" box - where print jobs would normally be seen, it says "Use printer offline" - as I said, I do not know if that is new or not - this is simply the 1st time I have noticed it.

Any ideas? I am using Norton for my AV, and also am running Malwarebytes as an anti mal/spyware program.

Norton, Malwarebytes AND Eset's online scanner all say the same thing: I do not have any viruses or malware on my system.

The only thing that is new is that I added a new hard drive in an external enclosure as a place to store backups and system images to.

    Help!

What is in the txt file that prints? Anything to give a clue as to what it is?
