Well since getting Windows 7 I'm just using the inbuilt firewall with Microsoft Security Essentials, UAC on and IE8 with protected mode on, also a good tight router.
I have just downloaded Malwarebytes but haven't yet installed it or my paid for SuperAntiSpyware, plus I always used to use SpywareBlaster but have heard it's not necessary now.

Oh and I mustn't forget an important one, Safe Hex

My current setup is....

-Windows 7 HP 64-bit with DEP and UAC(default) turned on
-Linksys router provides hardware firewall protection
-PC Tools Firewall Plus 6.0.0.86 provides software firewall protection
-Avast! 4.8 provides realtime protection for my whole computer
-Windows Defender,Malwarebytes 1.42,and SuperAntiSpyware 4.3.1.1000 provide on-demand scanning
-Spybot S&D 1.62 and Spyware Blaster 4.2 provide protection for my browsers(IE 8 and Fx 3.5.5)
-MVPS HOSTS and Winpatrol 17.0.2010.0 provide protection to my HOSTS file and registry
-Secunia PSI 1.5.0.1,Filehippo Update Checker, and Cleansofts Update Notifier keeps all my programs up to date(most of them anyway...)

I just read most of the messages here and you and I seem to be the only ones using McAfee Suite. I have tried most of the most popular ones but seems to me that McAfee is lighter and protects me 100% and I have been using it for about a year.
I also leave my UAC ON but no router here.
