    Windows Firewall, MSE, Default UAC. It's caught everything that I've thrown at it.

    Im currently using Norton Internet Security 2010 Beta, but apparently Symantec have started releasing compatibility patches to the 2009 products and they have been updated Norton 360 3.0 users to 3.5 which is compatible with Win7.
    Rollout started yesterday and they said they will slowly roll it out to see if people report any bugs etc...

    Eset Smart Security 4, UAC and Windows Defender disabled. I recently tried a beta version of ZoneAlarm, which I used to like prior to Windows 7, but now I somehow hate it! So, I'm gonna stick to Eset.

    And, of course, I'm behind a hardware firewall.

    UAC disabled; Windows Firewall disabled
    Linksys WRT54GL Router w. Tomato firmware & firewall enabled;
    Eset AV 4.0.37.0 (real time & on demand scanning);
    Comodo IS (for software firewall only, like the outgoing control over apps that phone home);
    Malware Bytes (real time & on demand, IP protection disabled, good removal tool);
    SAS (backup tool for on demand scanning/removal);
    Windows Defender (for whatever additional real time protection it may provide (which is not much, imo).
    Keyscrambler encrypts everything (such as UN & PWs) I type (just in case)

    Only infections I've had in past several years have been FP's.

    I have the same router and firmware. Have you ever experienced that it won't let go of dns config? I had it set to use opendns, and then turned it off - but it still uses opendns, and not the dns provided by my cablemodem via dhcp. Probably some setting im not aware of.

    I found that windows defender is included in ultimate, didnt know it until i viewed the control panel as small icons lol =)

    Btw, the ones using avira free - do you have issues updating lately?
