Well Lay back it is good but KIS doesn't like it (full version)
    Hi,

I wonder if your settings in Kaspersky aren't a little too sensitive given that it also has issues with online Secunia as you mentioned a few days ago.

Try turning OFF the heuristics for a few minutes and see if it still complains about Malwarebytes and Secunia.

Alternatively, if you haven't already tried this, setup some scanning exclusions for Malwarebytes in Kaspersky using this:

How to manage exclusion rules in Kaspersky Internet Security 2012?

    Regards,
    Golden
Yeah I might just give that a go Golden

NO its not Z go for it mate I have had it for close on three years now and never missed a beat. BSOD I think they have been winding you up mate!

If you want a good set and forget config with a dedicated financial / confidential set up message me and I'll let you know where to find it.

If you are looking for a good deal then go here https://forum.kasperskyanz.com.au/in...?showtopic=756 then https://www.kasperskyanz.com.au/doubledeal then
    https://www.kasperskyanz.com.au/store scroll to KIS 2012.

Best of all you don't have to pay by credit card unless they have a different rule for outside of Australia. You don't need the disk just download the trial then activate it with the code they send you via email.

You won't regret it and I meant to say that I have tried most of them, that none are foolproof, and you need to be responsible online. Some say it's heavy but hey Windows is heavy - gonna do without that?lol!!

But do the maths on the deal and it works out at about $0.07 a day (Australian) I mean why bother trawling through the freebies when it's almost free itself?

I just do the freebies for researching and comparison.

Good luck and remember message if you want help re KIS setup and config

If you are looking for a freebie - Comodo Premium is what I have been testing and found very close to KIS. But for what you see in my maths do you really ant to go that far?

I use Avast free A-V and Comodo free Firewall.

You can perhaps compile the number of hits for the A-Vs and Firewall with all the information at your disposal now.

I was wondering... What kind of security setup does people here use?

I, myself, only have Avira free installed, since my usual firewall of choice - online armor - isn't yet compatible with win 7.
