    thanks profdlp...lol...an ditto.
    after contacting isp, doin some general hardening of security an closing unnesseccessary ports(for me)on modem , p2p, port forwarding, wifi, remote stuff, an more, page rendering speeds are faster.
    increasing privacy..is yet to be determind...will report back if the anomalies continue, to do system restore or formating, reinstall of win7.

    Congratulations, did you look into HP System Recovery, try that, then change passwords for everything and you should be literally safe.

    infinite- yep, i looked into it, will need further study to be able to complete correctly.
    gunna test the water first...someone wasn't happy today.... an wouldn't explain why....but nothin "insightful" mentioned....
