Since you are using a good AV and their might be a conflict you could always just turn Windows Defender off

I found this: Troubleshooting Windows Defender Conflicts

whs is correct that Kaspersky disables Defender and apparently this goes wrong sometimes. A fix for the error is included at the link.

As stated in Ztruker's link, Kapersky disables Defender just like MSE does. The fix given is only for a recurring Windows Defender 0X80070006 error code at boot, not a 0x80070424 missing Service when you open Windows Defender.

Kapersky has disabled and likely hidden Defender as intended, just as MSE does by Disabling it. It isn't needed any longer when either of those AV's are engaged.

Well since you confirmed Kaspersky disables it why not leave it disabled. I assume there's a good reason for them to disable it in the first place. It must cause a conflict between the 2 programs.
