Login help with two purchased off-lease corporate pcs

So, I purchased a Toshiba Satellite running XP and a SYX Desktop running 7x64. They are corporate lease purchases. Here's the problem. They are both registered to our corporate domain at work. The computers logged directly into the server at our location. So, when I try to log into them at home, I cannot. For two reasons, I don't have the password associated with the user accounts and also because they are trying to connect to the domain.

Is there anyway to bypass this? If not, is there any way to use system restore without the passwords to restore the computers to factory specs? Or... if anyone has any other advice, I would appreciate it.

If there is anymore information needed, please let me know.

Corporate data should never have been left on the hdd's of either machine, they should have been sold to you with formatted and zeroed drives, ready for you to install operating systems you own. Boot to command prompt and format the drive, then install the operating system of your choice.

Yeah, theres nothing sensitive on our computers. Just office, navision, citrix sap, cad, crap like that. ALL data and docs are saved to the server.

Okay, the tower was easy. Put my 7 disk in and reinstalled. The laptop is another story. It won't boot from the XP disk I have.

    Suggestions?
