The bottom line UTORRANT in your picture. Many bad things can get in using such programs. They get around your security because you unknowingly gave permission when okaying a download.

To begin with, turn off the sharing in your network. The last comment of Utorrent is most likely the open door. The other thing that makes me wonder is why so many svchost.exe are open. If you are not so savy with computers then try running something like iobit's advanced windows care or malware. There are a number of free programs to detect and remove security holes.
